This video is about Rising damp (Nitrates & Sulphates) this has been an ongoing issue for two years, a cream was applied to a localised area but, there are issues with the wall as the bond from the front tends to suggest a Flemish bond but on inspection there is a small cavity that said this is full of debris from the original building works, these may in some areas be breaching the cavity and causing damp patches.
