I've been always training and telling my crew that honesty and loyalty is bigger than the material things that I could reward them. Because trust is everything and the opportunity I am offering them is lifetime 👌😇

I've been advocating a "no discrimination" in my small company, and this is one of it. What's important for me is TRUST, LOYALTY and HARDWORK. I wanted to reward them for being good, but ofcourse I have to make it unforgettable 😂

Everyone talks about building a relationship with your customer. I think you build one with your employees first. They are family! 🙌
