Comfort food at it’s best Corned Beef Hash. Now there are many variations using all sorts of ingredients everyone has their own version. I will show you how to make a really easy tasty corned beef hash – this is basic and is known as the working man’s Corned Beef Hash! – no more than Corned beef, potatoes, onions, beef broth and a splash or Worcestershire sauce! Top it with a fried egg and you have a reasonably cheap comfort food meal – hearty and tasty!

Ingredients
1 tin corned beef – I used Princess
1 large onion diced – I used 2 small to medium
2 cloves of garlic – optional
1 kilo of potatoes diced
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ cups beef broth
Ground black pepper
Salt in the potatoes when boiling
Oil for frying
1 egg fried

Oven - 180c - 360f just to brown everything is cooked about 8 mins
Air fryer - 170c - 340f 7 mins
