In this video, you'll get instructions and tips for shooting at a skeet station, specifically station 1 with both high house and low house targets. The instructions include details on the shooter's stance, hold-point, head position, and timing for taking the shot. Read more:

For the high house:
1. Position your hips facing the low house window.
2. Visualize your hold-point right in the hoop over the center stake.
3. Tilt your head back slightly to maintain clear focus on the target early.
4. Minimal gun movement is required, so don't start with your gun too high.
5. Call for the bird, then pull the trigger as the target line merges with your hold-point.
6. Allow the clay target to come to you and maintain a good follow-through after the shot.

For the low house:
1. Keep your feet and hips facing the low house window.
2. The hold-point for this target is about 10 feet out and level with the bottom of the window.
3. Focus over the gun and toward the house.
4. Break the target consistently over or just after the center stake.
5. Smoothly move up to the target line and don't rush the shot.

For the double on station 1:
1. Set up as you did for the high house, with a hold-point above the center stake and head just off the gun.
2. Transition your eyes over the barrel after breaking the high house and focus on the incoming clay.
3. Send the shot once you're on the target line without riding the bird.
