Carl was part of our first apprenticeship program back in 2013. He has since then worked all the way through our Pay for Knowledge and Skills (PKS) program to achieve mastery level and with that comes more $$. Millwrights play a vital role in keeping our manufacturing facilities running efficiently and Carl is a key player on the maintenance team. When his dedication, strong work ethic, and mechanical skills met our opportunities, success was practically inevitable.
