I have been getting emails from a lot of people asking why I no longer have videos where I am driving a Crossroads Charter Bus. Jim(Owner of the company) and I had for some time been going round and round over what I call some safety issues on his buses. Not all of the issues are issues that would require a bus to be shut down BUT there were some. I would write down each and everything wrong with the bus when I picked up the bus each time I had a charter. This would include minor issues just so he was aware of them and often times these issues did not require attention right away. Each and every time i did this I would get a call a day or so later from the office telling me NOT to write down any problems but to just call Jim with these issues which I started to do.
Over some time though I would be blamed for scratches and other items that had been wrong with the bus for a very long time and I would tell the office the day and time I spoke with Jim about it(I kept a record to cover my butt..LOL). Well long story short, I kinda felt like Jim was trying to blackball me in the motor coach industry as some have done in the past and I started recording videos of such problems. I had no intentions of releasing these videos until here recently when my insurance company notified me that Crossroads Charters had tried to file claims on such damages. I am now releasing some videos to the public so that you all will understand why I will no longer work for Crossroads Charters out of Joplin Mo and their other company owned by the same owner Branson Coach out of Branson Mo. I can no longer allow passengers to be transported on buses that are dangerous or have another companies tags on the bus and insurance card(Which is no longer valid as the other company closed their doors). K&B Leasing still has a great company that we can use that has SAFE and LEGAL motor coaches on the road and we have been working with this safe company on a part time basis for over 2 years now and never have had any safety related issues that put myself or my clients at risk while on the road.
