Steve Harley, leader of Cockney Rebel died today at the age of 73 from Cancer. Harley is another artist who had a substantial long term career in the UK but is virtually unknown here in the US. With two milestone albums The Human Menagerie (1973) and The Psychomodo (1974), as well as a UK #1 hit with Make Me Smile, his is a career worth investigating.
