Egg fried rice

200 g cooked rice
2 large eggs
1/2 red onion, diced
100 g mushroom, halved
75 g bean curd, diced
10 g green onions, roughly chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp soya sauce
Light drizzle of sesame oil

Rainbow shrimp fried rice

200 g cooked rice
100 g shrimp, shelled and deveined
50 g carrot, diced
50 g frozen edamame
50 g frozen corn
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp olive oil
15 g (1 tbsp) oyster sauce
Pinch of pepper

Golden fried rice

2 boneless skinless chicken thighs
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

200 g cooked rice
2 eggs, separated
50 g (5 spears) asparagus, chopped
50 g cabbage, diced
70 g (1 stalk) celery, diced
10 g coriander, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp salt
