Part 2 of Brett Favre's 9th season in Green Bay. This was one of the weirdest seasons during the Favre era. The team would wildly fluctuate from week to week and even half to half, going from dominant to dominated in the blink of an eye. Favre fought through tendonitis in his throwing shoulder during the first half of the season and a severely sprained arch in the second half of the season; both of which threatened his consecutive starts streak, which would reach 141 games by seasons end. Despite having his 3rd worst statistical season to date in 2000 only throwing 20 TDs, his fewest since 1993, Favre would charge up the All Time Passing TD list moving, from 15th to a tie for 8th by season's end.

Despite going through the growing pains under first year head coach Mike Sherman and using a ton of young players, the team would miraculously gut its way to 9 wins and fall just shy of the playoffs.

This season is marked by Ahman Green's impressive debut (1,175 rushing yards and 73 receptions), the debut of 2 important rookie offensive tackles, Chad Clifton and Mark Tauscher; and Antonio Freeman's impressive 9 touchdown catches, nearly half of the teams passing scores (including his unforgettable overtime, game winning catch to beat the Vikings on Monday Night Football) ...
