The Jucy Lucy, a regional burger I've been dying to try for years. This burger was invented in the 1950's in Minneapolis, Minnesota, allegedly at Matt's Bar. I've watched many videos about this thing so I had to give it a go. And let me tell you, this is one juicy Lucy. The simplest recipe we've done to date, 80/20 ground beef, potato buns, American cheese, pickles and a little salt and pepper. I've eaten a few burgers in my time (as I'm sure you can tell) and this is certainly at the top of my list.
