Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League Review - Reviewed on PC

It’s been 9 years since the last release from Rocksteady with the fantastic end to the Arkham Trilogy in Arkham Knight. While sure, it had some mechanics like the tanky batmobile that felt a bit out of place, it wrapped up the story of this universe’ batman - and then gave us some great DLC to tie players over - which reminds me yes i need to go back and play and review them.

BUTT - now Rocksteady have released Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League - a continuation of the Arkham Universe - and for those who need confirmation - yes even though the game doens’t have the word arkham in the title - it is set in the Same Universe - Where rather than playing as Batman, Superman, or heroes we’ve been asking for, for quite some time - we play as the band of misfits that is the Suicide Squad.

Now, a lot of people have had issues with this game - and there are problems with it don’t worry, i’ll get to that in another video - but, personally i think some of the hate is unwarranted - and i think a bit of it is just IGN being salty - i mean, they said Gotham Knights and Marvels Avengers was better than Suicide Squad, complained when they didn’t get a review code, spoiled the game on social media - ANYWAYS thats not what this video is for.

I wanted to give credit where credit is due - Suicide Squad actually does some pretty damn good things with its story and gameplay in some instances, and thats what i wanted to focus on. Sure there are things it definitely gets wrong, but there are some things it really nails.

Now i’ll be keeping this video Spoiler Free, but my next video on things Suicide Squad gets wrong - that’ll be the spoilers video just for a heads up. Obviously too, this is my opinion on what Suicide Squad gets right, and we may not have the same ideas - and thats fine - but lets get into it.
