Helen Hoehne, President of the Golden Globes, surprised Nic Novicki, founder and director of Easterseals Disability Film Challenge, with a $20,000 grant for creating diverse and inclusive storytelling at THR’s Raising Our Voices event.

Hoehne also honored actress Joci Sott and filmmaker Chrissy Marshall for “the empathy, humor, and relatability” with which they told their stories.
