Day 27 - PART 1 (of a 5 part series) Life is overwhelming. We all have been blessed with so much to offer the world yet no instruction manual on how to use what we have been given to make a difference- to give back- to impact change- or even, just to be happy. At times, even getting out of bed can seem impossible. Somedays, you can muscle your way through and that is a great victory. However, other days, you cannot... and that's ok too. I believe the low times are forced upon us in order to bring silence and make room for healing. Through this painful pause, we create vacant space making room for new, much needed, love and light to rush in.
