Fun story, when I was making this with FL Studio as a beginner, I tuned the channel volume knob for the hit at 0:36 to the max, alongside with channel panning to the right.
I forgot the default mixer template came with Fruity limiter and boosted the hit with Fruity bass boost, and the "bounce" of the hit was cut off, doesn't sound so great on stereo after all.

But... Simple beats for a simple remix
