Money & Marriage - how to support your spouse's side hustle. Money can be a tricky subject sometimes. Especially between spouses when you're not on the same page. Often times there tends to be one spouse that is willing to 'get their hands dirty' or 'put in the extra effort' and try to do something different to get ahead. These people have some wonderful tendencies to them, but they are also flawed, imperfect people. I have both coached clients through these challenges and navigated them myself. In this video I share several of the best practices I implement with my wife...they are all things I do to positively impact the probability of my side hustles having success. If my wife isn't happy, I'm not happy...so I manage my side hustles and extra time in such a way that they do not impede on family time...which is most important to me. Hope this video helps you and your spouse/partner improve your communication, earn their respect (by taking action not just talking), and setting the right expectations / boundaries.

All conflict is a result of expectations not being met (just as I've had on my 'about me page this whole time).
