We cut threw a lag bolt imbedded 2"X12" covered in 2 layers of flashing, shingles and a layer of 1/4" plywood with each of these blades. The reason behind this circular saw blade comparison is because one of the biggest tool companies had me fooled. We put the newest 7-1/4" circular saw blades to the test in a an head to head tool comparison. The three 7-1/4" circular saw blades compared are the Crescent NailSlicer 7-1/4-in 24-Tooth Carbide Framing Circular Saw Blade, the DEWALT Elite 7-1/4-in 24-Tooth Tungsten Carbide-tipped Steel Circular Saw Blade and the DIABLO Tracking Point 7-1/4 in. x 24-Tooth Framing Circular Saw Blade.
