About the piece:
Drift Away is a 5 octave marimba solo about a man lost at sea, whose journey is at the mercy of the waves. This piece is comprised of three contrasting sections, marked by clear tempo changes in the music. Aimed at advanced-level players with proficiency in double laterals as well as mallet independence.
