It was time to change that fluid and filter in my Jeep, which has the 5-Speed Auto W5A580 Transmission. Here's the parts list for this service:

52108332-AA Gasket (Optional but recommended)
52108325-AA Filter
68218057-AB ATF+4 Fluid
