This was a summary discussion of the most important preparation topics from each of the four areas of food, water, fuel/clothing/shelter, and vitamins/sanitation/first aid.

There is a spiritual component to this discussion, esp at the end, but this was a more temporal discussion overall in a community center with a broad audience.
