Need to fix a leaking toilet bowl? Start with the wax ring and closet flange. Most likely your wax ring is too old and has failed that is a pretty easy fix. But one tip you probably aren't aware of is your closet flange (the wax ring sits on it) needs to be above the bathroom floor. If it isn't the wax ring will fail over time and you'll have a leaking toilet.
