In this video, we introduce the topic of setting expectations with all parties.
This is especially important in Dubai's Real Estate Market where a broker often represents both the Seller & the Buyer (yes, as crazy as that seems, that's how it works out here...).
With the obvious conflict of interest that can easily create, it's important to set expectations extremely clearly with both parties to avoid any miscommunications or disappointments.
