I am so stoked to share this DIY - not only because of how epic and sparkling it is but also because of how versatile it is.
You can make this out of denim, lace, silk, sequins. Literally ANYTHING can be used to make a matching set.
If you want to make this removable, use my DIY BOOT COVER tutorial as your base. -    • MUST-DO DIY!!! No-Sew Fold Over Boot ...  
If not, you can use all the same techniques and just apply it directly to your boots.
