In the 1920's, the mob ruled Chicago. Al Capone had lawmen, the police force, and politicians under his thumb, but it was Eliot Ness, a federal agent with the Prohibition Bureau, who became the biggest thorn in Al Capone's side. Along with his band of Untouchables, Ness would make history for his fearless raids on Al Capone's bootlegging operations, earning himself a place in the annals of criminal history.
