This quick and easy chocolate chip cookie is the perfect cookie to make with kids! My girls really enjoy it when I make these for them they go bananas! (and that says a lot especially because my cookies use to come out like chocolate chip rocks!) But NOT these babies! I am talking about THICK, DENSE, and CHEWY! blow your socks off, and hit it home again, these are the perfect cookies to make with kids, ALL YEAR AROUND!!!

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks), softened to room temp not melted
¾ cup light brown sugar, packed
¾ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
2 eggs, room temp
2 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp lemon juice
2 ¾ cup all-purpose flour, (¼ cup for hands)
1 ¼ baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
3 cups chocolate baking chips, 2 cups semi-sweet, 1 cup milk chocolate
