*On Your way to the Sumidero Canyon

-There are many local tours available for you, we arranged our tour in the front desk of the Hotel, and had to pay only $190 pesos (around $10 usd) for each one of those. We strongly suggest wearing a hat, and get some sun screen lotion, because the sun is so hot!
The tour takes about 2 hours of your time, be ready.

*The Sumidero Canyon

-On your way you will be able to watch many kind of species and with the help of your imagination, you will be able to see many figures right at the walls of the Canyon.
This colosal walls are up to 1000 meters above the river level, the rest you will have to hear it from your guide, we dont want to spoil you everything.

*While you are sailing at the Canyon

-Do not take off the life saver jacket, it is for your own safety, plus if you take it off, and authority sees you, you will get in trouble.
-If you bring beverages or stuff to at while you are in the boat, take the trash back to your hotel, lets keep this place clean.
-At the end of the ride, do not remove the bracelet they gave to you, cause you may use it again.

*Where to eat in Chiapa de Corzo

-Look for the "Campanario" restaurant. It is great and you will get to taste true Mexican Cuisine this place aint exactly, the cheapest Restaurant in the Town, but it taste great.

*The 5 lookout points accessible by land

-30 minutes away from Chiapa de Corzo, you will find the entrance to the National Park, to check out the lookout points, and watch the Canyon from above. If you are ina hurry, check out the last lookout point called Los Chiapas, it does have the best view.
