I set out to write a real piece in collaboration with ChatGPT, with the goals being that: a) ChatGPT makes a meaningful contribution to the resulting piece and b) I like/am actually proud of the piece. This is the result of that collaboration.

But there are so many potential ways of collaborating with ChatGPT. Did it write some of the notes? Extend material that I wrote? Design an algorithmic process to generate the music? Plan out the overall form? Come up with the title?
