Gingerbread Eggnog:

Whole cloves 1/2 tsp
Allspice 1/4 tsp
Nutmeg 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon 1 tsp
Ground ginger 1/2 tsp
Molasses 1 tbsp
3 cups milk
2 cup heavy cream (save one cup to make whip cream and use the other cup to pour into the milk)
7 egg yolks
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
