Chippewa Boot Review - What happened to Chippewa heritage boot line? They were recently discontinued after almost a ten year run so today I am going to cut one of their boots in half to find out. Chippewa boots have been around since the early 1900s and have always been compared to other heritage brands like Red Wing, Wolverine, and Thursday boots so we will also be doing a little light comparison to try to determine the value of the chippewa boots but also to draw some conclusions about the materials and construction of why Chippewa boots failed.
