Forgotten but very tasty CHRISTMAS salad! Quick and easy!


Ingredients:

200 g (7 oz) orzo pasta
1 large cucumber
3 hard-boiled eggs
200 g (7 oz) smoked chicken breast
a bunch of dill
100 g (3 oz) corn
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of yogurt
1 teaspoon of horseradish
Black pepper and salt to taste
