Tom traveled to Liverpool to walk the footsteps of the BeaTles. This resulted in a totally different perspective on who The BeaTles were, and how they missed working to get to the top. On the train ride back from Liverpool to Chester, Tom met Vic and Geoff. Vic saw the BeaTles perform at
the Cavern with Pete Best playing the drums. He also saw them in his hometown of Chester, south of Liverpool, shortly after they fired Pete, but before they brought in Ringo. On August 16, he saw the BeaTles perform at the Riverbank Theater with Johnny "Hutch" Hutchinson playing the drums. Hutch played the following night in Birkenhead. On Saturday, August 18, 1962 Ringo made his first appearance as a member of The BeaTles in Port Sunlight. Then, it was a constant climb to the top of the music world, where they still stand today.
