There's concern from residents after a juvenile girl was shot in the Sandtown-Winchester neighborhood in west Baltimore--an incident that happened just blocks from a Safe Streets site.

On N. Woodyear St. near Laurens St., the yellow crime scene tape and evidence markers dot the spot where the girl was shot.
