Migrants waiting in Mexico to be processed to come across the border to the United States are subject to kidnapping and robbery by Mexican gangs. For an increasing number of women, that abuse also includes sexual violence. MSNBC contributor Paola Ramos reports from the border and talks with Alex Wagner about the increasingly dire situation and the human fallout from political clashes over U.S. border policy.
