This is a never seen unedited segment from 12-8-1974 with John Wayne as the surprise masked guest. This uncut-version has more dialogue and longer takes between Wayne and Rickles then the previous version, that was uploaded. This was filmed in December of 1974, and aired in 1975.

DON RICKLES (1926 – 2017) was an American stand-up comedian, actor, and author, known especially for his insult comedy. His film roles included Run Silent, Run Deep (1958) with Clark Gable and Kelly's Heroes (1970) with Clint Eastwood, and beginning in 1976 he enjoyed a two-year run starring in the NBC television sitcom C.P.O. Sharkey. A headline performer at Las Vegas hotel-casinos and peripheral member of the Rat Pack via friendship with Frank Sinatra, Rickles received widespread exposure as a frequent guest on talk and variety shows, including The Dean Martin Show, The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson and Late Show with David Letterman.
