Notes:

Pro-shot taken from Japanese TV (WOWOW) broadcast, most complete but the station edited out most of the banter, which I've patched with Audience shot (you'll notice it runs a little choppier since it's played at different framerate)
Aud-shot filmed by Scoutthedoggie, transferred from Hi8 master, included almost all of the banter (some are cuts, which I've patched with an audience audio source)
I've deinterlaced and upscaled DVD sources by using Hybrid (with QTGMC, in Avisynth mode) from 480i-29.97i & 576i-25i to 2160p(4K)-59.94fps & 2160p(4K)-50fps to preserve quality as much as possible.
