Ep01: GO,WHITE LION!

This anime features the saga of the great white lion, Caesar and his son, Kimba. The jungle laws, the struggle for survival in the wild life and the relationships between humans and animals are depicted on a magnificent scale.
The white lion Caesar, the king of the jungle is killed, sacrificing himself to save his pregnant wife, Eliza. On the other hand, captured Eliza is put on a ship, where she gives birth to a lion cub and names him Kimba. Soon Eliza releases Kimba, the only son of Caesar, into the stormy ocean in order to save him. Returning to the jungle, Kimba gradually grows up to be the great king of the jungle as his father was.
