In the follow-up to the initial lesson, Coach Chess Chuck teaches you how to set up the chess board for the initial game setup. You will then learn the importance of capturing your opponent’s pieces and how to do it.

As the final preparation for you to start playing chess on your own, Chess Chuck goes over the special chess moves and rules. You will learn about Castling, En Passant, how to win the game by Checkmating your opponent, and finally, rules about how to end a game peacefully by drawing.

These rules include the Stalemate, three-way move repetition, the 50-move rule, and the Insufficient Mating Material rule. By the end of this lesson, you will know absolutely all the rules, and will be ready to begin your chess battles!
