Selling a property with structural issues can be really difficult.

Please see the background image I've used when making this video. This is a photograph of a property that I bought recently. This property had a number of failed sales prior to the vendor contacting me.

The property itself had a number of issues, overall the property was in quite poor condition, the roof was leaking, it had damp issues in various rooms and overall it needed updating.

The main issue that was preventing anyone getting a mortgage on the property was there was an amount of subsidence towards the back of the property, and you could visibly see this damage from some of the cracks in the property. This stopped the mortgage lenders from being able to use the property as added security, and therefore it was an unmortgageable property.

The vendors contacted me, and I was able to purchase the property very quickly. We completed the sale of this property in 15 working days, and there is no mortgage involved from my side, and no survey.
