Join me on day of responsible logging and helping wildlife.
Like most mornings, I look out the window and see wildlife. Many times it is wildlife that has been injured that we managed to keep alive. As usual as of late, there was the one legged seagull and the badly injured fox that we have been helping out.

After my morning's feeding duties, off I go to my woodlot to check out the logging road, and plan my strategy for a small scale, environmentally friendly firewood harvest. My morning’s ritual of helping the wildlife is a reminder that my logging, even though small scale, has to be done responsibility and keeping the wildlife in mind.
