Keto bread is made with keto friendly ingredients, such as almond flour, coconut flour, and eggs.

Traditional breads made with wheat, and most gluten free breads, are not acceptable for a keto diet, as wheat and many other grains are inflammatory. But you CAN eat bread on keto, guilt free, by making your own.

Low carb bread mixtures are usually known for being too dense or crumbly when baked, but this recipe is not, thanks to a special mixture of ingredients that I share in this video that make this bread absolutely delicious!

Ingredients for 2 min Keto bread

2 tablespoons of almond flour
2 tablespoons of coconut flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon of your favorite seasoning(s)
2 pinches of pink Himalayan salt
3 tablespoons of melted butter
2 eggs

Mix all ingredients well and microwave for 2 min


🍞Ingredients for a larger quantity bread in the oven (8-10 servings) ⬇️

Click on the video below for a similar bread that is a larger quantity for the oven (8 to 10 servings). Simply leave out the sugar and cinnamon and replace for salt to taste and your favorite condiment to taste (ex. Italian seasoning, granulated garlic, etc). The texture taste and consistency of this bread is amazing! This recipe is tested and perfected. Follow the portions of rest of the ingredients exactly and you will get an amazingly delicious bread every time!
