All reits in general have not been doing well in recent months due to high interest rate. We will analyse Keppel DC Reit(AJBU) and Fraser Logistic and Commercial Trust(BUOU) result to identify the common issues faced by all the reits.

They are good reits but might have more dividend drops in the next few quarters due to various possible reasons. Keppel DC Reit has been facing tenant payment issues which resulted in them getting involve with legal actions required. This is a common risk where tenants not doing well are not paying up resulting in the property doing badly and lowering distributable income.

Fraser L&C Trust's oversea properties have been facing currency risk due to SG strengthening and with majority of the debts to be refinanced within the next three years, their DPU might drop.
