In college I worked at a Greek Restaurant in fell in love with Greek Salads. Flavorful and healthy, you’ll make this part of your meal plan rotation. There are many ways you can incorporate more protein to this recipe that aren’t traditionally Greek, but still tasty. A few ideas are eggs, chicken, shrimp, salmon, chickpeas or any beans.
