Grab some popcorn and relax as I show the steps taken over a period of several months when I constructed a new 60ft long deck bridge. The construction of this bridge completes the mainline reroute project that was started last year and has now been operational since about August of 2022. All is working well and I am very pleased with the result! 2023 will bring a lot of maintenance work that was neglected for the last 2 years as there are many poles to replace, numerous rotten ties, sagging catenary that needs tensioned, and I am even going to try to get the boxmotor car put back in service as it has not run in over 10 years.
