“To Me, My X-Men” (Episode 1)

*A year post-Professor Xavier's departure, X-Men uphold their mission, while Jean is pregnant. Support for mutants surges, legally sanctioned by the UN. They rescue Roberto from Sentinel-equipped foes. Jean's psychic quest for Sentinel creator, Bolivar Trask, yields a chilling vision. Trask is found in the Sahara, rebuilding Sentinels with a lobotomized Master Mold. X-Men triumph and arrest Trask. Cyclops and Jean contemplate leaving to protect their child from anti-mutant sentiment. Magneto, per Xavier's will, assumes leadership of the Institute and the X-Men.

Synopsis:
Continuing from the aftermath of X-Men: The Animated Series (1992–1997), the X-Men confront perilous new obstacles in the absence of their leader, Professor Charles Xavier.
