Do you want to learn how to cook the perfect Tri Tip? When it comes to barbecue, brisket gets all the love, but the Tri Tip is probably the most underrated meat in the game. It's super easy, and pretty quick as far as smoking goes. Let me show you how to take this amazing meat, smoke it, and take your cook out to the next level.

*Note* This doesn't typically take more than 1.5 to 2 hrs, but it was legitimately negative temperatures outside so I probably struggled with the temperatures a bit. Make sure you monitor your internal temperatures so you don't over or under cook it.
