About our experience with Lovesac, they have been awesome to work with in the past. We love them, they are comfortable. We bought this one during covid and while Lovesac won't confirm this we think during the factory shortages that we got some weird knock off foam as our stuffing filler. Update: they sent us a new one and it is comfy as heck and no Jeep was required haha
