This one is for one of my subscribers, The All-New Classic Metal Steve! After a brief hiatus, and a few unmanned weeks, Rusted Metal returned to The Fox in the late summer of 1997. Its new host, replacing the recently vanished Bad Billy Warner, was a young-sounding guy named Courtney Laughlin, "a.k.a. The Spooge Boy." He's not quite as old-school or obscure as BBW, as far as his musical selections go, and in fact some of his picks are disappointingly commonplace ("Welcome To The Jungle," "Back In Black," "Breakin' The Law"). Still, Rusted Metal was mostly NOT a hair-band show, except by request.
