Hello all,

Gadbad Ice-cream makes delicious mouth watering dessert and so many nostalgic memory from my childhood associated with it... Specially in summer vacation time when your kids craving for some chilled dessert... Mango and strawberry ice-cream can be used as a base for a variety of combinations or different flavours ..Gadbad recipe uses fruit crush and jelly traditionally but I have given little twist with honey and chia pudding..

Ingredient's

Mango Icecream
1) 125 ml Cream
2) 1 Cup Mango puree
3) 1 tsp Vanilla Extract(optional)
4) 100gms Condensed milk

Strawberry Icecream
1) 125 ml Cream
2) 6-7 Strawberry puree
3) 1 tsp Vanilla Extract(optional)
4) 100gms Condensed milk

Chia Pudding
1) 2 tsp Chia seeds
2) 1/4 cup Milk
3) 2 tsp Honey(I used ginger flavoured one)


For assembling
1) 2-3 tbsp Chia pudding(chilled)
2) Dry fruits + tutti frutti
3) Cut fruits of choice
4) Ice cream of choice(optional)(I have used homemade mango and starwberry ice cream)




note:
*adjust sweetness according to preference.
*any combination of nuts or Choco chips can be used.
* Serve chilled
