come with me on a day out in Shibuya! went vintage/thrift shopping in Daikanyama & also cooked one of my favorite lazy girl meals at home :) enjoy!

Recipe:
Pork & napa cabbage soup (3-4 people)
- 1/2 pack hakusai / napa cabbage
- 1 pack enoki mushrooms
- Spring onions (as topping)
- 200g thinly sliced pork
- Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp chicken stock powder
- 4 tbsp shirodashi
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- Sesame seeds
1. Chop all the veggies
2. Drizzle sesame oil on pan
3. Cook pork in medium heat
4. Add the hakusai first, then enoki mushrooms
5. Add 800 grams of water, mix
6. Add 1 tbsp chicken stock powder, 4 tbsp shirodashi
7. In a small bowl, Mix 2 tbsp cornstarch & 2 tbsp water
8. Add cornstarch slurry to pot
9. Drizzle a bit of sesame oil
- Done! top off with spring onions & sesame seeds

Miso Mayo Yaki Salmon (2 people)
- Sliced onions
- 1 tbsp mayo, 1 tbsp miso, 1 tbsp mirin
- 2pcs salmon
- Aluminum foil
- Slice of Butter
1. mix 1 tbsp mayo, 1 tbsp miso, 1 tbsp mirin in a bowl
2. In an aluminum foil sheet, add sliced onions on top
3. Place salmon on top of onions & top off with sauce
4. Add a slice of butter
5. Wrap it up & place it in a pan
6. Add a small amount of water to the side of the pan then cover
7. Cook in medium heat for 8-10 mins
8. Top off the salmon with spring onions & serve!
