Each photo & video described.
These videos are meant to be educational but also funny, so if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask!

0:00 Intro
0:05 The engine was 2 quarts low on engine oil. The technician topped it up and the customer was only charged for the oil. The customer said they were going to wash off the engine bay themselves.
0:14 The customer's insurance company paid to get a new fuel tank installed.
0:22 A brake accumulator supplies the required oil flow to ENGAGE the front and rear service brakes, and the accumulator supplies oil to DISENGAGE the rear parking brakes.
0:35 2017 GLE450
0:45 Anything besides the recommended brake fluid in the brake system will swell up all the seals and damage everything. The technician replaced all brake calipers, master cylinder, and ABS unit, flush all brake lines, and clutch master and slave cylinder.
0:57 "Sound system" was disconnected which fixed the customer's concern.
1:17 The technician had to replace the washer fluid pump afterward.
1:32 The water drain to the crankcase vent was not the cause of the customer's concern but the technician found it during his visual inspection and repaired it correctly.
1:41 The technician thinks that the customer had used a cut-off for some reason (maybe installed the pulley backward). A new P/S pump was installed.
1:54 Used engine was installed.
2:02 Any clue what this is that the mechanic found underneath the hood?
2:11 A new wheel and wheel studs were installed.
2:23 Really random but pretty funny so wanted to share what this technician found.
2:32 This clip was shared by a viewer on what he saw in the back of a customer's car.
2:41 The customer had damaged the oil pan during installation.
2:46 An old trick but one that works great!
2:57 Outro. Thanks for watching!
