There have been many interesting moments over the history of DC Comics. Announcements about James Gunn's Waller series reminded me of a certain Lex Luthor Amanda Waller moment from Superman/Batman. Superman/Batman was a comic series united the World's Finest, The Man of Steel and The Dark Knight. The first arc saw President Luthor handling Kryptonite and having an interesting moment with Waller.
